JFT Series Counter Flow Cooling Tower

JFT Series cooling tower is counter flow open type. It is CTI certified with 100% thermal performance guarantee. High efficiency patent design fan stack is adopted ,which has the advantages of low resistance, energy saving, nice appearance and etc. Its single cell capacity can reach max. 1200m3/h.

1. Materials of Structure

Standard:Galvanized steel

Option：Stainless steel 304

2. Casing panels and cold water baisn

Standard: FRP

Option：Galvanized steel or Stainless steel 304

3. Sound elimination blanket

Standard: Has no such blanket

Option: If a project has noise requrement, this banket is a good option. It is assembled in the cold water basin.

4. Fill

Standard:  PVC material

Option 1: CPVC material ( when the hot water is more than 55C degree, please choose CPVC material)

Option 2: When the water is very dirty, PP grid fill is the best choice.

5.  Vibration isolator

Standard: Has no isolator

Option: We have 2 types isolators. One is rubber isolator and the other is Spring isolator

6. Cold water basin

Standard:  Tower has a cold water basin

Option: Without a cold basin. Clients need to make a concrete pool at the jobsite.
